Hi, Everyone! I’m Julia, the Owner and Lead Therapist of Touch Massage & Reiki, LLC. I’ve happily spent the past 13 years fine tuning my massage & energy healing techniques and I’m absolutely honored to share my passion with the world!
I am a certified Usui Holy Fire Reiki Master & Teacher. I have been certified as a Reiki practitioner for the past 11 years and take continuing education trainings monthly. I enjoy working with all forms of religions, so ALL ARE WELCOME! Reiki is an ancient healing modality designed to re-align the neurological energetics of the body by laying of hands on the body intuitively. It can ease pain both emotionally and physically.
My massage body work is centered around neuromuscular therapy and myofascial release. I hyper focus on pain points in the body ensuring the area is thoroughly worked on. Depending on what my client needs, I create a blueprint of where imbalances are by using bio-feed backs techniques and intuition. When we work together, I’ll provide insight on what areas need more work and what other modalities we can incorporate in our next session together.
I love working with clients who are moving through major life changes, relationships, decision making, physical & emotion pains, trauma, anxiety, depression, PTSD, cancer, and much more.
