Massage Therapy ☾
Each session is catered to your specific needs, as every-body is beautifully unique!
Massage Therapy assists with symptoms such as:
Headaches, back & neck pain, sleeping disturbances, high blood pressure, stress management, carpal tunnel, arthritis, sports injuries
We specialize in: Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Isolation, Neuromuscular Massage, Myofascial Release, Reflexology, Prenatal Massage, Cupping…and much more!
All of our therapists are highly intuitive and will often suggest additional modalities needed to help you get the most out of your session.
We also offer massage therapy for minors with written consent of parent. Parents are required to be in the room for patients under the age of 15.

Reiki can facilitate healing needed within by supporting the body’s Electromagnetic Field. The Endocrine and Nervous system adjust and re-polarize promoting equilibrium in the body. mind, and spirit.
All of our Reiki Practitioners are Usui Holy Fire® ||| Reiki Certified Practitioners affiliated with the International Center for Reiki Training.
Rei represents - Universal, Spirit, mystery and gift. Ki represents Energy, life force, talent and feeling. These two parts combined form the word or ‘Kanji’, which represents universal life force energy. Reiki is a union with the ‘Universal Spirit’ and your life force energy and in many respects describes what actually occurs when someone is practicing Reiki.
Rei, representing Divine healing energy and Ki, representing life force energy, both of the individual and of the universe.
When we feel healthy and full of life and unconditional love, the flow of energy in the body is high, life feels easier to deal with, and we have a higher resistance to illness and disease.
Sound Therapy✮⋆⁺₊✧♫
Our Certified Sound Therapist, Julia Everson & Reiki Master, will take you on the ultimate journey to true relaxation with the use of Tibetan singing bowls, Crystals 432 hz bowls, drums, chimes, and much more!
We offer private or group Sound Healing treatments perfect for those who need a break to regroup and recharge.
This modality facilitates healing by the use of binaural beats and sound frequencies that bring your mind and body to a state of ease and peace.
The vibrations from the sound causes the body to release nitric oxide, a molecule responsible for expanding blood vessels, increasing blood flow and influencing pain signals.
The key to sound therapy relaxation is calming your mind and body, which allows entrainment to occur causing the left and right hemispheres of the the brain to relax.
Private 1-2-1 sound healing treatments that are 60 minutes long which can easily be paired with a Massage or Reiki Healing.

Address: A private Residence in Jacksonville, FL.Cost – $495.00. Reiki I & II Certification full intensive weekend training. We will combines the Western style as introduced by Mrs. Takata, the Japanese Reiki Techniques, and the Holy Fire® healing energy, along with Elemental Healing Techniques. After completing the class, you will be able to give Reiki treatments to yourself and others. Reiki 1 & 2 are taught together during a weekend intensive. Both Placements (attunements) are given.
